TOO OFTEN WE UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A TOUCH, A SMILE, A KIND WORD, A LISTENING EAR, AN HONEST COMPLIMENT, OR THE SMALLEST ACT OF CARING, ALL OF WHICH HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO TURN A LIFE AROUND

A Day at the Beach...

A weather system was moving in as I left.
I did manage to have a couple of sunny
hours to enjoy the ocean...it was heaven!
Hard to believe, but there isn't a quilt shop
anywhere that can top this experience.

  1. There is something magical about the ocean. As the waves roll in it is as if the earth is breathing. This is a beautiful picture. When will you be going home?

Great quilts for the winter swap, you are both too clever...am off to Google the great Rosy panels...I have never seen them before! Tracey

  4. I love the soothing ocean. I live in the desert and there's something peaceful about that wide expanse too. It just doesn't have the same sound effects!
